Antarctic Resolution Open Access

Driven by the conviction that knowledge production and dissemination are key to rethink social, geopolitical and inhabitation models in times of planetary crisis, UNLESS embraced a process of data democratisation to transform the award-winning publication into the “Antarctic Resolution Open Access”.

Launched at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design at the University of Architecture on occasion of the exhibition ‘Resolution for the Antarctic. International Stations & the Antarctic Data Space’, the new digital platform renders accessible the complete body of research of “Antarctic Resolution” to all.

Over 150 essays, 800+ photographs, 220+ architectural drawings, 100 cartographies and infographics, are now freely accessible, translatable and downloadable; while the introduction of multiple filters and tags encourage the readers to curate a personalised narrative, alongside the official one of the index.
